Please Note: These wheel adapters are designed to CONVERT BOLT PATTERN AS WELL AS SPACE YOUR WHEELS FROM THE HUB! With anything thinner than 1.5" inches in thickness, your factory truck studs must be trimmed so the new wheel can sit flush on the adapter. 1.5" inch thick clears stock studs in most cases, but in some rare occurrences the truck may have longer studs. 1.75" inch thick spacers and above always clear so no stud trimming is needed.
These adapters are meant to allow 2005+ Ford F-450, F-550 and Ram 2012+ 4500, 5500 with a 10x225 bolt pattern to be able to use 10x285.75 Acoa and other semi Wheels / Rims with a 220 Hub Bore.

Why we use billet aluminum & not steel
We use billet aluminum because its simply better & here is why. Steel spacers are extremely heavy, and greatly, negatively impact your vehicle in many ways. From gas economy to wear and tear, when you are driving a HD 3500 truck, you want the least amount of "Unsprung weight" Possible. You need braking power & you need it instantly. When you add "unsprung weight" to any vehicle it means that your suspension components have to work harder to keep the wheel on the ground, and it puts much unneeded stress on your axles, joints, control arms, transmission etc. plus much more. You can feel the stopping power greatly decrease when adding steel spacers to your truck as well as the over all ride quality greatly decrease. Our Solid Extruded American Made Billet Aluminum is almost 3 times lighter than steel spacers making it ideal in every manner to keep your truck, as close to OEM as possible. The strength of our Billet is overkill enough as it is, & our spacers will hold up against anything you throw at them. We have sold hundreds of thousands of spacers & adapters throughout the years & even though raw steel is upwards of 10x cheaper than billet, we have chosen not to skimp out on the quality and effectiveness billet aluminum has to offer! Important installation information
If the studs on the hub are longer than the thickness of the wheel adapters the studs will need to be trimmed so they do not protrude past the thickness of the adapter & so the wheel can sit flush on the adapter/spacer face. This set comes complete with a set of open end lug nuts stated above, please make sure your vehicles studs matches the thread pitch of the lugs provided or you may need to purchase a lug nut kit to accommodate proper installation. Lots of people install these at home, but we always strongly recommend professional installation. Uses and facts about our spacers and adapters
Our wheel spacers and adapters are commonly used for multiple reasons, from eliminating wheel & tire rubbing against shocks and struts, clearing break calipers, making room for larger tire clearance, or to adapt the bolt pattern of your vehicle in order to fit different wheels / rims.
